Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum

Aérospatiale / British Aerospace Concorde No other plane stands more for New York than the supersonic Concorde with daily Air France and British Airways services from Paris Charles de Gaulle and London Heathrow to New York John F. Kennedy from 1977 to 2003. This British Airways G-BOAD is now retired after 7010 supersonic flights at Manhattan's Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. The picture was taken from the flight deck of the museum's main exhibit, the WWII aircraft carrier USS Intrepid.
