Cargolifter Dome

In the 1990s, a company named Cargolifter tried to build a heavy lift airship on an old airbase south of Berlin. Before the airship could be built, the project was stopped, but the giant hangar was already built. The structure is the world's greatest dome without pilars. Today it is home to Tropical Islands, a tropical indoor resort.
